HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:
- Act as the primary contact for potential clients
- Determine client needs
- Present the project and options
- Hold on tours of model condominiums
- Communicate information about potential clients to representatives
- File potential client files according to the procedure established by the housing advisor
- Handle phone calls
- Fill out displays with documentation
- Perform any other related tasks.
- Be able to interpret and present units on plan
DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Good communication skills in French
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the real estate industry (an asset)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (an asset)
