Espaces Lokalia is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic and helpful team. If you are passionate about excellent customer service, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, this opportunity is for you.
Full-time or part-time positions are available.
HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:
- Provide high-quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media;
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, demonstrating empathy and finding appropriate solutions;
- Handle complaints and sensitive situations with professionalism and courtesy;
- Accurately track customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management system;
- Collaborate with other departments across the company to resolve customer issues and continuously improve the customer experience;
- Contribute to the creation and updating of Customer Service documents and resources;
- Send work orders to service personnel;
- Coordinate and schedule moves;
- Write and send tenant notices
DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and respond appropriately;
- Ability to manage situations and maintain consistent professionalism;
- Team player and ability to work effectively with other departments within the company;
- Good command of Microsoft Office;
- Basic English to communicate (mostly by email) with English-speaking tenants;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
